From novice to national contender in 9 months. Here is exactly what your first year looks like.

phase 1 | fall LEARN TO ROW

You don’t need to know how to row to join. Our fall season is dedicated entirely to development. You will learn the mechanics of the stroke, build a massive aerobic engine, and get comfortable in the boats.

The playing field is completely leveled. In the fall and spring, you race strictly against other collegiate novices. Every guy on the starting line is also in his first year of the sport. We give you the technical blueprint; you just have to out-work them

phASE 2 | WINTER THE ENGINE ROOM

Championships are won in the winter. When the season changes, we move into our indoor training facility to focus purely on speed and raw power. This is where high school land athletes thrive.

Before the spring racing season begins, the team heads down south for our annual training trip. This is a relentless week on the water where we forge the speed necessary for championship racing.

phase 3 | SPRING CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON

This is what the work is for. In the spring, you travel across the region to compete at elite venues, culminating in the ACRA National Championships.

By May, you aren't just a walk-on anymore. You are a highly conditioned collegiate athlete racing for a national title.
