On February 7, the Men's Rowing Club will host the First Annual Joseph D. Boyle Memorial Ergathon in memory of current rower, Joe Boyle's, late father, who passed away from pancreatic cancer last October. We have organized this event to raise money for the Harper Cancer Research Institute's pancreatic cancer lab and to raise awareness for this awful, deadly disease. Pancreatic cancer is not well understood and often underfunded, and we can personally attest to its devastating effects on victims and their families.
